Absolutely loved this ramen and sushi spot! The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out fast. They also have a lot of appetizers to choose from, which made it fun trying different things. The Tokyo Roll and Kara Miso Ramen were definitely the standouts — both packed with flavor and super satisfying. Can’t wait to come back and try more from the menu!

Stepped into Kopan Ramen in Burbank and felt like a whole different world from cozy village-style booths to a lineup that does not miss… tonkatsu ramen was rich and comforting, sweet pork ribs fell right off the bone, sizzling ribeye on the hot stone was a whole experience, curry katsu hit heavy, sukiyaki was straight comfort, and that king salmon roll sealed the deal. This spot is perfect for bringing the whole crew and trying a little bit of everything.

I had such a great experience at Kopan Sushi & Ramen in Burbank! The ambiance is beautiful and really immersive, with Japanese characters, lanterns, and thoughtful details that make it feel authentic without being overwhelming. I especially appreciated that they include English translations alongside the Japanese text, which makes the menu and overall experience much more accessible and easy to navigate. The food was just as impressive—everything was fresh, well-presented, and full of flavor. Service was also friendly and attentive. From an accessibility standpoint, I like to share that they do have booth seating. I was able to transfer from my wheelchair into the booth without too much difficulty, but that’s something to keep in mind depending on your personal needs and comfort level. Overall, such a great spot with a good balance of atmosphere, quality food, and thoughtful details. I’d definitely come back!

Checked out Kopan Sushi & Ramen Bar in Burbank for a full sushi + ramen run and it did not disappoint. 🇯🇵 The Japanese decor instantly sets the vibe when you walk in. We started with drinks since it’s also a bar, then got the tempura and fried calamari- lightly battered, super crispy, and not greasy at all. 🍣 Their rolls are buy one get one 50% off, so we went with the baked scallop and crunchy spider roll. Portions are huge and definitely shareable. 🍜 For mains, we had the unagi donburi, miso ramen, and ginza sushi. The ramen had perfectly chewy noodles with a well-balanced broth, and the sushi was beautifully plated with really solid fish quality. Best 12 pieces I’ve had in a while. Overall: great spot for variety, portions, and value. Would definitely come back.

We came in for lunch on a Wednesday around 11:55am. There were a few parties already seated but there was no one in the front to seat us. One of us had to go in the dining area to look for someone to get us situated. After we had there was only 2 plate settings and it wasnt until the food started coming out that I had to ask for another one. It looks about 5 minutes for our server to come greet us though the place was 75% vacant when we got there. We ordere the lunch specials but this was one of the most expensive lunch specials I've ever seen, I paid $26.00 in the end. I also felt like the lunch emu was a bit confusing as I only wanted the ramen but our server made it seem like we had to order a side which ended up being $4.00 more per person. My friend and I ordered the Kuro mayo with garlic string beans , and I'm other friend ordered the tonkotsu with spicy tuna. Honestly the spicy tuna was a great deal for $4 for an 8 piece roll, but while the garclid green beans were phenomenal, I found it ridiculous to have paid $4 for the amount of beans we got. I gave this 3 start because the food was really good, but the prices and service were the reason I didn't give this place more sta
